About Me
Hello! I’m Nick Scumaci, I’ve been an Art Director/Graphic Artist and pop artist for over 15 years. I handle all types of graphic design projects including flyers, brochures, business cards, advertising/marketing materials, and specialize in logo design and branding as well as illustration. I have worked over the years with a wide variety of clients, from Lawyers to Professional Fighters. My adaptability, creativity, and open communication have allowed me to grow into a well-rounded Graphic Artist who can provide high-quality work for mom-and-pop shops and corporate entities alike. As for some of my history in Graphic design, I was Art Director for Digitsu.com for 10+ years before taking on freelancing and running my own business full time. I have had my work featured in Times Square in New York City, worked on advertising campaigns for Hulu, and have had multiple pieces in different gallery shows at Gallery1988 to name just a few accomplishments. I’m also the creator of the “Afterlife Ghost Society” NFT Collection that was recently launched. If I had to choose 3 words to describe myself they would be humble, hard-working, and adaptive.
I have a varied style, meaning I tend to be able to adapt to the project at hand. Whether it’s black and white or full-color, clean, and modern or something that is grungey and distressed I like to use my problem-solving skills to attack the task in front of me. I like to stay on top of current trends as well as different artists out there. Inspiration comes in many forms and you can never have too much of it.
From logos to Social Media management, I strive to not only meet but exceed my client’s wishes. I enjoy working WITH clients and having an open dialog back and forth. One of my strong beliefs is that open communication is the key to completing any design project. I strive for producing the best work possible, and that has made me very popular with my clients.
Besides working professionally as a Graphic Artist, I am also a Pop Artist. I’ve had work featured on the billboards of Times Square in New York City and have had my artwork in multiple Gallery1988 art shows (prints available at the link!) Outside of art, I have a variety of passions that I enjoy. I’m an avid horror fan (which you can see in some of my personal works and prints) I enjoy writing (check out my blog!) I love sports and I have a large Funko POP! collection that currently occupies an entire wall in my office.
If you have a design project you need to be completed, know that you’re in good hands. So don’t hesitate, contact me today and let’s get started!
